I love that chocolate pie pizzelle sandwich idea. I make mini pizzelle’s that I sell in my etsy shop. Definitely going to have to make some of those for my little on on Christmas eve.

Love chocolate pie- I also recommend melting the chocolate and butter in the microwave- you don’t have to stand there and nurse it and it melts like a dream.
