Cupcakes -$10 for twelve ~ buttercup (yellow), vanilla, chocolate, german chocolate, red velvet
*with chocolate or vanilla buttercream icing
Cheesecakes ~ $28 / 9 inch or $12/ mini
- “The Parrothead” is our neighborhood favorite. The crisp, sweet crust full of ginger and coconut is covered by fluffy, tangy, key lime filling and topped with a lime cream that would make Jimmy Buffett drool! It’s finished off with a little meringue and toasted coconut … WOW!
- White Chocolate – Luscious white chocolate filling on a macadamia nut crust topped with chocolate covered strawberries
- Pumpkin Swirl – Plain cheesecake with a thick swirl of pure pumpkin pie heaven on a homemade gingersnap crust
- Chocolate-Caramel Pecan – A thick chocolate crust covered in caramel, topped with plain cheesecake with a thick caramel swirl and covered in caramel covered pecans
- Toffee Crunch – My BEST Seller! – The filling is loaded with my favorite toffee candy bar and covers homemade chocolate cookies full of more toffee and white chocolate chips. The top is covered with ultra-rich chocolate ganache and topped with more toffee (10 bars in all)!
- Creamy Plain – Very traditional graham cracker crust with a little zing from some cinnamon and lemon zest topped with ultra rich filling that is so delicious it doesn’t even need a topping
- Black Forest – Thick chocolate crust with the richest filling frosted with whipped cream, covered in melt-in-your-mouth chocolate cake and then topped with some very special rum glazed cherries.
Luscious Lemon Tart -$14 ~ my mom ate this the whole time she was pregnant with me – obviously, my favorite!
Chocolate Pie -$14 ~ great-grandmother’s recipe, straight out of the Brookneal United Methodist Church cookbook- real, old-school chocolate custard
Gingerbread Cookies -$10 for twelve ~ with or without lemon glaze or add chocolate chips and raisins
Ginger Snaps -$6 for twelve ~ old fashioned, thin, and impossibly spicy
Decorated Sugar Cookies -$18 for twelve ~ decorated your way ($8-iced & sugared only)
Snickerdoodles -$6 for twelve
Pecan Tartlets -$6 for twelve ~ just like mom used to make, extremely southern – try the bourbon variety

Favorite Cakes – 3 layer, 9″ $40 ~ buttercup (yellow), carrot, lemon layer, apple walnut, red velvet, coconut, german chocolate

I am a loyal reader and friend of Aunt Mable and live up in Vancouver (Canada). I read her foodie blog and immediately had to look you up! the Parrothead cheesecake sounds amazing, I am a very very very big lover of lime especially key lime, how can I get one of these beauties or possibly a recipe for one? (though I am sure I would not be able to make it nearly as good as you!)
Sabrina
Hi Sabrina! I will gladly give you the recipe! It’s a bit time consuming, but not difficult at all! I will try to get it up for you by tomorrow night
Thanks for stopping by and Thanks to amazing Aunt Mabel (she just cracks me right up!)
